Your down payment starts from 2.5% of the value of your home depending on the building, which will be around $15K for many.
Start building home equity without a mortgage.
With Key, you will never be required to take on a mortgage. An Owner-Resident can decide to take on a mortgage and buy their home after the end of the third year, but there is no obligation.
Real estate co-ownership with Key = flexibility.
You can contribute more at any time. Your monthly residency payment is lowered based on the percentage of your home that you own.
